I bought this truck in December 2021 with the intention of doing an om606 swap. I already had a donor 98 E300D. It currently has a stock om603 m3chanical pump and is mated to an NV3500 transmission. You can see more of the build on YouTube at

Update on Sauerkraut. Over the winter I sent the pump to Benzforce to have the Dieselmeken 7.5mm upgrade done. It's still on stock turbo and W210 intercooler for now, but the drivability is night and day. I also installed 3/5 lowering springs and shocks.
