I ship via USPS and UPS. A UPS address must be provided during checkout for a USA address. International orders are only possible by contacting Doomsday Diesel privately for a custom shipping quote. There are no "shipped by" or "delivered by" guaranteed dates. International/non-contiguous US orders that are made via the website, where the customer pays the full shipping price listed on the website, are final. It is at the discretion of Doomsday Diesel to refund the difference in actual shipping costs, since the customer willingly paid the full listed price.

The customer has 14 days to verify package contents after receiving their package. After 14 days, if they discover a missing part, they will be responsible for purchasing replacements. If there is any damage to the box/envelope which has caused product damage/loss, they must contact Doomsday Diesel immediately (14 days MAX) to file a shipping damage claim. They must keep the damaged box until the shipping claim is completed.

For off-road use only. As these parts are intended to be abused off-road, they do not carry any warranty. Manufacturing defects will be corrected if notified within 14 days of receiving your package. Any pre-ordered parts that are not paid in-full up front, will have the difference owed upon completion of the custom, built-to-order parts, as soon as they are ready to ship to the customer. The customer will have 7 days to pay the remaining balance. 10% Interest will be added on the 8th, 15th, and 22nd days after the parts are ready to be shipped. If the customer has not paid their balance in-full by 30 days after the parts are ready to be shipped, they forfeit any payments made up to that point, and the order is considered void.
