This kit includes a USED bellhousing and torque converter for the NAG1 5 speed automatic. This will marry your factory NAG1 to your choice of either an OM60x engine or an OM613/648. The torque converter is considered a rebuildable core.
 
UPDATE - I am down to my last OM613/648 Bellhousing/Torque Converter combo, and I have 1 OM606 Torque Converter left.
