This simple tool adapts the OM617 M22 prechamber thread to your standard 5/8-18 slide hammer. Mercedes used essentially a proprietary thread on these prechambers, making it nearly impossible to just go out and weld a bolt to a nut to complete this task. A similar OEM tool will cost you over 4x as much! 
 
May work on other prechambers, as long as they are M22x1.0 thread.
