Oct 2023 Update: I am now only supporting serpentine for OM617’s. While my p/s bracket will work with v-belts, you’d have to figure out tensioning on your own. Serpentine requires deletion of the vacuum pump. You can run my belt-driven vac pump or an electric pump. The mid-idler sits where the factory vac pump would sit.

POWER STEERING/ALTERNATOR BRACKET
This bracket is designed around the Jeep-style TC (Saginaw Type-II) power steering pump (2000 Cherokee 4.0L). PSC and Trail Gear sell high-output versions of this pump for hydro-assist and full-hydro. The pump mounting pads are 2.25" apart.
PULLEYS: PSC Ø4.5" and Dorman 300-302 Ø5.3" work the best. The 4.5" will maximize pump speed, which can help turn bigger tires at idle. The Dorman is significantly cheaper and has been proven to work with just a stock TC pump turning 35's.
If ordering the high-flow pump from Trail Gear, call and give them part number TGI-309705. This will get you the pump and their Ø4.5" 6-rib serpentine pulley.
ALTERNATOR: This bracket accepts the AD230 and AD244 alternators, found in early-2000
This bracket has a mount for the OM617 fuel filter head & allows use of the Donaldson/CAT fuel filter without any additional spacer bracket required.
PS/ALT Bracket comes with bracket and hardware.

NOTE: 300TD engines with the SLS pump will not work without a Vacuum Pump Delete and modification to your P/S bracket. Please contact me before ordering if using one of these motors.
