This flange has M10 thru-holes and threaded M8 holes. This allows you to install the adpter over the M10 studs coming out of your OM617 manifold. You can then use bolts to secure your turbo to this flange.
 
Material is cast steel. Both mating surfaces are faced, as is the area where the washers/nuts will rest on the M10 studs.
